About BES7SM

The Biomedical Engineering Society (Singapore) is pleased to present the 7th Scientific Meeting (BES 7SM) which will be held in Singapore Polytechnic on Saturday 18th of May 2013. We would be very grateful if you could help us to announce this event to your students and to encourage them to participate.

BES SM is an annual symposium organized by students for students. Students from junior colleges, polytechnics, undergraduates, and graduate levels are welcome to participate in this scientific meeting to showcase their interesting projects and to find out what others have done.

Participants are welcome to submit their project abstracts for review. Abstracts will be reviewed and categorised into technical presentations and poster presentations. Technical presentations will consist of 10-min presentation followed by ‘Questions & Answers’ sessions.

Both the technical and poster presentations give the students the opportunity to highlight their work to industry professionals and academics, as well as to seek feedback from them.

We look forward to your support and to the project abstract submissions from your institutions.
